The University of Sydney is seeking a Proposal Assurance & Submission Officer to join the Pipeline and Pre-Award team in a quick-paced research environment. This full-time, fixed-term role runs until December 2027 with a base salary of AU$117,133–AU$127,610 plus 17% super.
A hybrid working arrangement is available. You will manage submission services, guide administrators, and ensure compliant funding proposals while maintaining accurate databases and providing regular reports to leadership.
