Just Better Care is seeking a capable Roster Coordinator to manage end-to-end rostering for our community aged care and NDIS services in a hybrid role. You will cover shifts, ensure compliance, and support both clients and workers in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work from our Preston office at least three days a week and report to the General Manager. The role demands reliability, solid organisation and explicit communication with families and staff.
