Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking an experienced Property and Rates Officer to maintain the property and rates database, process property transfers and address updates, and coordinate supplementary valuations in support of accurate revenue management.
The role reports to Revenue Services and requires knowledge of Civica Authority or VM Online, solid analytical skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
