Dental + Skin Clinic | Bentleigh East, Melbourne

Part time | 2–4 days per week

We're looking for a bubbly, energetic and passionate Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our growing team at Dental + Skin Clinic!

About Us

Dental + Skin Clinic is a boutique, holistic dental practice with a strong focus on prevention, patient comfort and the connection between oral health and overall wellbeing.

Most of our patients actively seek fluoride-free dental care and alternative approaches to oral health. We place a strong emphasis on biocompatible materials, personalised care and making every dental visit a positive experience.

We love doing things a little differently and are looking for someone who's excited to learn and embrace our unique approach!

About the Role

We're offering flexible part‑time arrangements:

- 2 days per week: Mondays and Tuesdays
- 4 days per week: Mondays to Thursdays

Your role will include:

- Adult and children's dental cleans
- Periodontal assessment and treatment
- Children's fillings and fissure sealants




- Preventive dental care and oral health education
- Delivering our unique Tooth Fairy Experience for children
- Creating fun, comfortable and memorable dental visits

Adult restorative scope is highly regarded but not essential.

About You

- Has current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist
- Brings positive energy to the clinic! You're bubbly, chatty, outgoing and genuinely love connecting with people
- Has a warm, friendly personality and makes patients feel instantly comfortable
- Loves working with children and knows how to make dental visits fun
- Is confident and efficient with children's fillings and fissure sealants, while maintaining excellent clinical standards
- Takes their time with dental cleans, providing a thorough, gentle and personalised experience
- Is open-minded and interested in fluoride-free and alternative approaches to oral health
- Is enthusiastic about learning new techniques and embracing our clinic's protocols
- Enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive and energetic team
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and genuinely enjoys coming to work!

You don't need previous experience in holistic dentistry. We're happy to teach you our way of doing things! All we ask is that you're enthusiastic, open to learning and excited to be part of what we're creating.

Remuneration

Competitive remuneration based on your years of clinical experience and scope of practice, including whether you hold adult restorative scope.
