A working partner for a community pharmacy in Victoria's Wimmera. You step in full time as managing pharmacist and own a stake in the business you run.

Around 220–255 scripts a day

Dispensary revenue up 11% year on year

The partnership

This is a working partnership, not a passive investment. Two routes, depending on where you are up to:

Equity purchase. Buy in as a shareholder from the outset.

Pathway to equity. Start as managing pharmacist on a salary, under a structured, contracted path to acquiring equity over an agreed period.

Capital helps. It is not essential — the salaried pathway exists for pharmacists who are not there yet.

The location

Around four hours north-west of Melbourne,



with the Grampians and the Silo Art Trail within reach. Schools, a health service and sporting facilities are in town. Accommodation and relocation support are available by negotiation.

The support

Apex Pharmacy Management sits behind the pharmacy — buying, pricing, marketing, payroll, compliance and monthly reporting, with a Pharmacy Business Manager on the ground in Victoria. Your own pharmacy, with a head office behind you.

What you need

Full general AHPRA registration — not provisional. Overseas-trained pharmacists with full general registration are welcome. And a genuine willingness to live regionally.
