Berry Street Yooralla in Gippsland invites a dedicated Case Manager to join our Morwell team on a full time, permanent basis. You will deliver intensive case management, advocacy and outreach to vulnerable young people aged 12–18, coordinating with families, carers and Child Protection.

You will work with local services to empower resilience, build positive connections and help youths reach safety and goals.
