An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Estimator to join Anchored Height Safety, a specialist in height access and height safety systems.

We're a growing family-owned business, dedicated and passionate about delivering quality height access and safety solutions to a variety of industries across Melbourne and Victoria. We're a close-knit team where good work gets noticed and wins are celebrated.

About the Role

This is a sales role with a technical edge. As an integral part of the sales team, you'll win new work and grow client relationships. You'll own every opportunity from first enquiry to purchase order.

No two days are the same. One morning you might be meeting a facility manager to work out what their site needs. That afternoon, you could be designing and quoting a height safety system for a new commercial build, or preparing documents for a tender.

The role will include:

- Contacting new and existing clients by phone and in person to build relationships and create opportunities
- Getting to know each client's needs and project specifications
- Designing compliant height safety systems and preparing quotes and tenders that win work
- Following up every quotation with confidence, then negotiating and closing the deal
- Managing your pipeline and working towards sales targets
- Applying the relevant Australian Standards and making sure costs are accurate




- Working with our friendly operations team to hand over won projects smoothly

About You

You're friendly, approachable and keen to help clients. You're motivated by results, you enjoy hitting targets and you get a real kick out of winning work.

- You ask the right questions to work out what the client actually needs.
- You build trust with clients and keep them coming back.
- You follow up with confidence and don't let a positive chance go cold.
- You take ownership of your pipeline and your results.
- You can juggle several live quotes and deadlines and still get the detail right.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and confident using drafting software, or keen to learn.
- Whether you have height safety experience or bring transferable skills from a trade, engineering or construction background, we'd like to hear from you.
