Brunetti Oro Melbourne is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to join our morning team in a quick-paced hospitality environment. This permanent full-time role requires significant baking experience and high-volume production to maintain our Italian pastry standards.
This role runs 4am–12pm Tue–Sat; you’ll bake a wide range of pastries, cakes and desserts with high-volume production, attention to detail and teamwork. HACCP knowledge is preferred.
