About the role

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who thrives under pressure and can manage a large number of candidates each week. Your core responsibility will be interviewing, but you'll also play a key role in sourcing and thinking creatively to attract talent in a competitive market.

- Conduct high volume of phone and video interviews daily for contact centre roles
- Manage a fast-paced recruitment pipeline across multiple roles and locations
- Use structured interview guides and assessment rubrics to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions
- Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure interview slots are filled and targets are met
- Keep accurate records and progress tracking in our ATS

About you

- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally high-volume interviewing role
- Confidence in speaking with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A people-first mindset and natural communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Right to live and work in Australia
- Willing to undergo background checks, including Police checks
