Australian Taxation Office seeks motivated Prosecutors to join the Fraud and Criminal Behaviours (FCB) area to appear in court on behalf of the Commissioner.

Prosecutions Officers will undertake moderately complex prosecutions and contribute to meeting government commitments while upholding the integrity of the tax system. Travel and a current Australian driver’s licence are essential; roles may be offered in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney.
