You’ll bring solid sourcing skills, established networks and the ability to engage people well before a vacancy arises.

The opportunity: Working closely with People & Culture and business leaders, you’ll manage recruitment from briefing through to offer, while helping strengthen our recruitment capability and presence in the talent market. You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Build hiring leaders’ capability through practical training and coaching in interviewing, candidate assessment and effective selection decisions.
- Deliver exceptional internal service, providing responsive support, clear advice and regular updates so leaders feel informed and supported throughout recruitment.
- Partner proactively with leaders to anticipate workforce needs,

agree recruitment priorities and develop sourcing strategies.
- Create practical recruitment tools and guidance that help leaders hire confidently, consistently and efficiently.

About you: You’re an experienced recruiter who combines strong delivery with a longer-term view of talent. You know how to find and engage people, build credibility with leaders and keep recruitment moving. Experience in training in interview skills and function uplift and transformation would be highly advantageous, as would a strong technical expertise in systems and reporting. You’ll bring:

- Demonstrated recruitment experience in insurance, financial services and/or operational environments.
- Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement skills, including experience attracting passive candidates.
- Track record of building talent pools, networks and pipelines that lead to successful hires.
- Experience developing or contributing to Employee Value Proposition (EVP), employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Confidence to advise hiring managers, challenge assumptions constructively and provide practical market insight.
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Experience gained in an internal talent acquisition team, recruitment agency or a combination of both is welcome.
