Ridley in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Coordinator to support the Fertilisers team in delivering high-quality customer service across the order-to-cash process. You will be the escalation point for complex enquiries and coach Coordinators to maintain service continuity across streams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, Credit, Distribution and Logistics to ensure accurate order fulfilment, while maintaining data accuracy across systems.
