EY is seeking an Ethics Program Manager (Associate Director) in Melbourne. You will lead the Oceania ethics program, oversee the Ethics Hotline and whistleblower matters, and coordinate investigations, communications, learning and governance initiatives aligned with EY’s Global Code of Conduct.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and GCO to ensure consistent handling of concerns, remediation, and ongoing program improvements within a hybrid work model across Australia and Recent Zealand.
