Mounties Group is seeking a dedicated Client Intake Consultant for a full time role at our Mount Pritchard, NSW office. You’ll be the first contact for people enquiring about our home care services and will guide them through eligibility, funding, and My Aged Care processes.
Key duties include responding to inbound enquiries, meeting clients at home or in the office, recording leads in CRM, and coordinating with Care Managers to ensure smooth handovers and compliant service delivery.
