We are looking for an outstanding football and people leader to take responsibility for the development, delivery and stakeholder experience of NCF’s:

Talented Female Program (TFP)

Talent development activities across Coffs Harbour and the Clarence

This is much more than a coaching position.

The successful applicant will lead our coaches and programs while helping ensure our players, parents, coaches, sponsors and NCF team receive a positive, skilled and consistent experience.

If you or someone you know are passionate about developing players, developing coaches, leading people and helping shape the future of football on the North Coast, we would love to hear from you.
