The Bureau of Meteorology invites applications for a Technical Officer Level 2 to join the Norfolk Island observatory team for an initial posting of about six months. The role focuses on conducting upper air, surface and aviation observations, as well as instrument maintenance and data quality checks.
Accommodation will be provided on Norfolk Island; occasional travel to Melbourne or other locations for training or pre-departure alignment may be required.
