We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Melbourne hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily venue operations to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise front-of-house employees.
- Manage labour budgets, rostering, inventory and operational costs.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety,



and liquor licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with kitchen and beverage teams to deliver a cohesive dining experience.

Skills and Experience Required

- Minimum three years of relevant experience in hospitality management, preferably within premium dining restaurants or bars.
- Solid leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
- Sound knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of relevant hospitality regulations and workplace safety requirements.
