Bamara is seeking part-time Job Mentors to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants in Ingham. Roles are Tue, Wed and Fri totaling 22.8 hours, focusing on tailored mentoring, guidance, and advocacy from job search to job maintenance.

You will walk alongside participants in their employment journey within a culturally secure, strengths-based service and collaborate with local employers and training providers to build sustainable pathways.
