We are searching for an experienced Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Specialist to join the team on a full time basis, offering a competitive salary range of A$155,000 to A$165,000 per year including this critical role, you will act as a technical expert within an oil refinery environment, leveraging your specialized background in refinery operations to drive safety, integrity, and asset reliability.

Key responsibilities and duties for this position typically include:* Leading continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection and reliability engineering frameworks.* Developing, implementing, and optimizing Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)



methodologies and programs for refinery assets and equipment.* Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, and engineering to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and statutory requirements.* Assessing equipment condition, degradation mechanisms, and failure modes to determine appropriate inspection intervals and strategies.* Providing expert technical guidance and support on integrity management issues related to refinery successful candidate will bring a strong background as a technical expert in RBI within an oil refinery setting.
