The Salvation Army in Geelong, VIC is seeking a Housing Support Worker to provide case management for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. You will work within the Specialist Homelessness Services team to deliver person-centred support and collaborate with key services to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this fixed-term full-time role is based in office in Geelong and contracted until September 2027.
