Through Rio Tinto's partnership with Chandler Macleod, we are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator for Brockman 4.

This is a great opportunity to join a safety-focused team working on site with Rio Tinto. You'll work alongside experienced crews, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to safe and reliable outcomes.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating dozers in a production mining environment
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment defects
- Working safely and efficiently to achieve production targets
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and fellow operators
- Adhering to site safety standards, procedures and operational requirements

About You

- Demonstrated experience operating dozers within an open pit mining environment
- Previous experience working on large-scale mining operations
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and relevant operating tickets




- Ability to safely and efficiently operate dozers in a production setting
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- Dedication to everyone's safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and other testing
