G’day Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Discovery Resorts – Lake Argyle in Western Australia. Lead day-to-day resort operations, harmonising accommodation, dining, tours and services to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a remote East Kimberley setting.

You’ll drive a hands-on, visible leadership style with a focus on safety, standards and staff development, while managing seasonal workflows and cross-department collaboration.
