The North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency Ltd (NAAJA) in Darwin is seeking an Adult Throughcare Case Manager to deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed case management and justice support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults before and after release from prison.

You will work in a team-oriented team, helping participants navigate complex challenges, access services, reconnect with family and community, and work toward personal goals with effective advocacy and support.
