RACV Hobart Hotel is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade on a casual basis. You will report to the Head Chef and support the kitchen across Charcoal Restaurant and Cascade on Collins Bar, delivering dishes with local produce and seasonal flair.
You will work in a fast-paced team, handle wide-ranging sections, and contribute to a high standard of culinary excellence for guests and events in Hobart.
