Minimum requirementAQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma with 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.

Coordinate staff schedules, training programs, and task assignments to optimise store efficiency.

Maintain store appearance by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organised, and clean, reflecting the store's cultural atmosphere.

Lead team performance reviews, provide coaching, and support staff development to maintain a high-performing workforce.

Track inventory levels and place orders for stock, products, to meet customer demand.

Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries, ensuring timely restocking of popular items and high-quality products.





Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience for the community.

Develop and execute in-store promotional campaigns to increase foot traffic and boost sales

Assist with financial tasks such as daily sales tracking, basic bookkeeping, and inventory audits.

Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe workplace for both staff and customers, in line with store policies.

Skills & Qualities Required: Strong leadership and organisational skills

Basic knowledge of inventory systems and POS operations

Good communication and customer service abilities

Flexible and hands-on attitude
