City FM Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team, supporting Coles and delivering exceptional service.

This full-time, six-month fixed-term role operates Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm on a rotating roster, with on-site parking and a solid learning and development program.

You will handle high call volumes, capture data accurately, and contribute to meeting KPIs while building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
