Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking a part time Social Worker (AHP2) at the Wondakka Community Rehabilitation Centre in Salisbury to support adults on their rehabilitation journey in a progressive community-based mental health setting.

You will deliver comprehensive psychosocial assessments, recovery-focused interventions, and coordinate with housing supports and family networks, contributing to multidisciplinary reviews and governance processes.
