About the Role

- Coordinate import air and sea shipments from registration through to final delivery.

- Review job registrations and monitor customs clearance status.

- Follow up on missing documentation and coordinate paperwork with overseas agents, clients and customs brokers.

- Liaise with shipping lines, CTOs, customs, quarantine and other relevant authorities.

- Arrange cartage and coordinate delivery requirements with transport providers.

- Keep customers updated on shipment progress and delivery arrangements.

- Handle job costing and invoicing.

About You

- At least 1 year of freight forwarding import experience (air or sea).

- Working knowledge of CargoWise.
