Opportunity:
A boutique dental practice in Essendon is looking for a Cosmetic Dentist to join a team built specifically to support the clinician. The practice provides a senior dentist on hand some days, Oral Health Therapists, a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, an experienced Dental Assistant, and a full front of house team, freeing you up to focus on clinical care and treatment planning rather than the administrative side of running a patient journey.

Remuneration is commission based and genuinely generous, supported by established cosmetic patient demand and a strong, ongoing flow of new patient enquiries. All clinical materials, instruments and equipment are provided, and the practice has built a strong marketing presence and reputation that keeps the caseload steady.

This is a 5 star rated practice with an established patient base, focused on personalised care and natural looking results rather than rushed, high volume appointments.

Key Highlights:
Generous commission based remuneration
Strong, established cosmetic patient demand and new enquiry flow
Full support team including OHTs and a Treatment Coordinator
All clinical materials, instruments and equipment provided
Clinical autonomy with no pressure to perform outside your scope
5 star rated, established reputation in Melbourne's inner north west

Location:
Essendon sits around 8km north west of the Melbourne CBD,

one of the city's most established blue chip suburbs. Tree lined streets, character homes and a genuine village atmosphere give it a settled, upmarket feel that's held steady for decades, while still keeping a strong local buzz around its cafes, restaurants and shopping strips.

About You:
You are AHPRA registered as a Dentist in Australia, clinically confident and detail oriented. You are warm and personable with patients, ethical and conservative in your treatment philosophy, and motivated to keep developing your cosmetic portfolio. Experience with explicit aligners is well regarded, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver cosmetic and restorative dentistry including veneers, bonding, crowns and bridges
Conduct cosmetic consultations and comprehensive treatment planning
Present treatment options clearly and build patient confidence in your recommendations
Work collaboratively with the treatment coordinator, OHTs and wider support team
