About the role

Doctors @ Watagan Park Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional to join our team as an Enrolled Nurse (EN), Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN), Registered Nurse (RN) or Assistance in Nursing (AIN). This is a full time / part-time position based in Watagan Park Central, Cooranbong, NSW 2265.

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care across our medical and skin clinic services. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and contribute to a patient-centred environment. Your expertise and compassion will be fundamental to supporting our patients' health and wellbeing goals.

Key responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care including wound dressing, injections, venipuncture and other clinical procedures

- Assess and monitor patient vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to medical staff

- Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

- Assist with dermatological treatments and medical procedures as required

- Support infection prevention and control measures and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment

- Communicate effectively with patients, families and team members to ensure coordinated care

- Respond to patient requests and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans

- Support the clinic's operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture

What we're looking for

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN), Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN), or Registered Nurse (RN), Assistance in Nursing with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

- Demonstrated experience in general medical or surgical nursing, or experience in a clinic setting





- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior clinicians

- Patient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills

- Reliable, organised and committed to maintaining high standards of care

- Knowledge of current best practice in nursing care and infection control

- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and learning

- Current CPR certification

- Working With Children Certificate

- NSW Police Clearance.
