About the Position Our client is looking for a confident Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist with adult scope to join our clients' team for a rewarding locum opportunity commencing in November.

This position is particularly appealing to clinicians who enjoy maintaining their clinical skills, managing established patient appointments and working collaboratively with experienced dental professionals.

You'll step into a busy practice with consistent patient demand, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent outcomes rather than building a patient base from scratch.

Your clinical responsibilities will include:

- Delivering comprehensive oral health assessments and preventive dental care
- Performing scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance and gum disease management
- Providing fluoride treatments and personalised oral hygiene advice
- Educating patients on long-term dental health and preventive care
- Performing restorative procedures where permitted by your professional scope
- Collaborating with experienced Dentists on treatment planning and patient management
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

Initially, the practice requires Wednesday, Thursday and Friday availability,



with the potential to increase to five working days per week throughout November.
Key Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist
- Appropriate adult scope of practice
- Confidence delivering preventive and periodontal treatments
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team
- Availability to commence in November, ideally Wednesday 11 November
- Applications and enquiries welcomed from both experienced clinicians and new graduates
