About the role

You’ll be a key connection between our customers, technicians and managers—keeping jobs organised, people informed and the details taken care of.

Your day will include:

- Answering calls and helping with customer enquiries.

- Booking appointments and coordinating schedules.

- Keeping customers updated throughout their job.

- Working with technicians and suppliers to keep work moving.

- Organising orders, deliveries and job information.

- Following up outstanding items and preparing completed jobs for invoicing.

- Keeping accurate records and resolving everyday issues.

You’ll have clear responsibilities, support from our managers and room to make decisions as your confidence and capability grow.

About you

You’re someone who follows through. You notice what needs doing,



communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a team that takes pride in its work.

We’re looking for:

- A friendly, confident phone manner.

- Robust organisation and attention to detail.

- Initiative and a practical approach to problem-solving.

- The ability to adapt when plans change.

- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

- Reliability, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You may have experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, hospitality, real estate or a trade business. Air conditioning experience isn’t essential.
