Run your own maintenance crew, in our ute, home by 3:30.**

We're Next Level Landscapes, a maintenance and landscape business working across Western Sydney and the Central Coast. We're after a team leader who takes pride in how a site looks when they drive away.

The week

- Lead a crew of two: you plus an apprentice or labourer

- Work through a planned run of residential, strata and commercial sites across wider Sydney

- Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, planting and garden bed upkeep

- Spot pest, disease and irrigation problems and sort them or report them

- Look after the mowers, trimmers and blowers

- Keep sites safe and tidy, and be the friendly face clients deal with

You'll need

- Experience leading a landscape or grounds maintenance crew (even a small one)

- A driver's licence that covers a manual ute and towing a trailer

- The right to work full time in Australia





- To be on your feet outdoors all day, using powered equipment and lifting green waste and mulch bags (around 20 kg), with or without adjustment

Bonus if you've got

- Cert III in Horticulture or Landscaping

- Chemical (ChemCert) certificate

- First aid

- Irrigation experience

What you get

- $32 to $38 an hour + super + Bonuses

- Company ute, so no wear on your own car

- Monday to Friday, about 7am to 3:30pm. No weekends.
