We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to take ownership of two key commercial sites in Sydney's St George region.

Around 80% of your work will be based across these two sites, giving you the opportunity to really get to know the buildings, their HVAC systems and the people you work with.

Based in Caringbah, CoolCats ACR delivers commercial air conditioning service, maintenance and projects across Sydney.

we are looking for an experienced senior technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys the responsibility of managing commercial HVAC systems.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced technician to take ownership of two established commercial sites within Sydney's St George region.

Approximately 80% of your time will be spent across these two sites, carrying out preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repairs. The remaining time will involve attending other commercial sites in our portfolio and supporting our wider service team when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance across both sites

- Diagnosing faults and repairing commercial air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems

- Attending breakdowns and service calls

- Taking ownership of the HVAC equipment and overall maintenance requirements at both sites

- Identifying potential issues early and recommending repairs or improvements

- Building strong working relationships with site managers and clients

- Managing your daily workload and working autonomously

- Liaising with our service management team regarding repairs, recommendations and additional works

- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard





We are looking for someone who will treat these sites as their own, take initiative and ensure the HVAC systems are maintained to the highest standard.

You will have the freedom to manage your day without someone looking over your shoulder, while still having the backing of an experienced and supportive service team.

What We are Looking For

- Minimum 15 years' experience in commercial air conditioning service and maintenance

- HVAC trade qualification

- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems

- Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of commercial air conditioning equipment

- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage your own workload

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

- White Card

- Current Driver's Licence

- Someone who takes pride in their workmanship, is reliable and enjoys being part of a great team
