The Role
This is a community-based position supporting adolescent and adult clients under NDIS and Aged Care funding.
You will provide:
- Comprehensive functional and environmental assessments
- Assistive technology and equipment prescription
- Home modifications and safety recommendations
- Falls risk and home safety assessments
- Individualised therapy and intervention
- Report writing and funding submissions
- Collaboration with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
You’ll manage your own caseload with autonomy — but never without support. We have an admin team on board, so all admin-related tasks are covered!
