We’re looking for a Sous Chef who wants to help build something brand new and grow their career with it.

HELP BUILD THE TEAM. SHAPE THE KITCHEN. FROM DAY ONE.

As part of the opening leadership team, you’ll work side by side with the Head Chef to recruit the crew, set the standards and shape the kitchen culture before doors open.
You’ll get real ownership and a genuine voice in how the kitchen runs, backed by a supportive Head Chef, a well-resourced team and the support of a growing hospitality group.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- ‍ Leading a well-structured kitchen crew through service
- Partnering with the Head Chef on the day-to-day kitchen operation
- Keeping food quality, presentation and consistency on point
- Supporting ordering, stock control, food costs and wastage
- Driving food safety and kitchen standards
- Coaching and developing the team around you
- Stepping up and running the kitchen when the Head Chef is away

WHAT YOU’LL BRING





- You’re an experienced Sous Chef, or a robust senior chef ready to step up.
- You run a smooth service without losing your standards or your sense of humour.
- You’re organised, hands-on and confident leading a team.
- And when service is in full swing, you’re the person everyone wants beside them.
