This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build capability and accountability on the shop floor as well as with senior management.

Based at Toowoomba head office, you will own the HSE framework, drive ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications, and support continuous improvement through audits, training
