They're everywhere. They're how your coffee beans, your sneakers and your nan's birthday present arrive. AtBoxes To Go, we make sure businesses get the right box, at the right time, without the drama. We're after a sales hunter who knows packaging, can match the right solution to the right customer, and wins us more fans along the way.

The Role

You’ll be the person who turns "I need packaging" into "I can't believe how easy that was." Sales-led, solutions-minded, all-round good human. You'll find the customer's problem, then find the box that fixes it.

On any given week, you might:

- Hunt down new business and grow your own patch, from the new e-com start-up to the big-volume buyer
- Hit the road in your company car to meet customers face to face and see their operations first-hand
- Dig into what customers really need and recommend the right packaging solution for their product, volume and budget
- Build relationships that turn first orders into forever customers
- Work hand in hand with our production and operations team to get orders right and out on time
- Quote, follow up and close deals with energy and heart
- Track your pipeline in our CRM to see what's working, then do more of it
- Pitch big ideas to the team,

You might be our person if you

- Have proven B2B sales experience and a track record of hitting targets, ideally in packaging, print, manufacturing or industrial supplies
- Know your way around packaging products and materials, or have sold technical, solutions-based products and learn quick
- Can dig into a customer's operation and recommend the right solution, not just the cheapest one
- Are confident cold calling, running site visits, quoting, negotiating and closing
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Get a buzz from building trust fast, hitting targets and celebrating wins
- Can juggle a few things without dropping the box (sorry, we had to)
- Are curious, upbeat and up for a challenge (marketing know-how is a nice bonus)
