Replace in-ceiling electric hot water with heat pump – Brighton 3186

Looking for a licensed plumber to supply and install a heat pump hot water system (approx. 270L) at a unit in Brighton. Please quote with STC and VEEC discounts applied, and say whether you can process the Solar Victoria rebate. Include the brand and model you’re quoting.

- Decommission the existing in-ceiling electric storage HWS; cap off pipes (old tank can stay in the ceiling)
- Install a new heat pump HWS in a recent outdoor location, on a concrete pad if needed
- Connect hot and cold water, with all valves, pipe and fittings. Cold / hot pipeworks is about 5 meters from the new install location
- Run the PTRV and condensate drain to the nearest suitable drainage
