Transaction Network Services (TNS) is looking for a skilled field support engineer to join the Global IP Desk supporting financial markets infrastructure. You will resolve complex IP routing, hardware, and protocol issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with vendor TACs for rapid resolution.

The role requires working in a 24x7 global team, on-call rotation, and solid communication with customers to ensure uptime and service quality across global networks and data centers.
