Western Sydney University is seeking an Operations Assistant (0.8 FTE) based at Parramatta South Campus. The role supports the Vice-Chancellor with transport, operations and admin duties, including rostered start/finish times and after-hours on-call work.

The role is a job-share, 28 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning vehicle servicing, meetings, deliveries and document preparation. Successful candidates will interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders daily.
