Serco is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to support contracts across Victoria, South Australia and Current Zealand. You will manage workers’ compensation cases, develop and coordinate effective return-to-work strategies, and collaborate with insurers and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for staff.

You will report to the Injury Services Manager and contribute to safer workplaces across Serco, applying best practices in legislation and stakeholder engagement.
