You will report to the Electrical Manager and handle software/hardware issues, provide helpdesk support, tailor applications, install and maintain software, and monitor performance across site and office environments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a Communications Technician role, an ICT support degree or equivalent, robust troubleshooting and communication skills, and project-management
