Centacare is seeking a Change Communications Advisor to support the Transformation Team during a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on turning complex changes into transparent, engaging communications that help staff understand and adopt new ways of working.

You’ll work with project managers and senior leaders to craft messages, update intranets, and develop a range of communications across channels. Hybrid working is available.
