Mornington Peninsula Shire seeks a Library Operations Lead to provide operational and workforce leadership across the Mornington Peninsula Libraries network. You will ensure safe, consistent, and efficient services with a robust focus on customer experience and community outcomes.

Reporting to the Coordinator Library Operations, you will coordinate across branches, lead staff, and contribute to service planning, evaluation and improvement. Weekend work is required.
