Erskine Park | Full-time 38 hrs/week | $63-70k + superpending experience
Hours: Morning shifts only (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm)

The opportunity

We’re looking for experienced, hands-on storepeople who can help keep a small warehouse team organised and on track.

Alongside your own warehouse duties, you’ll provide day-to-day direction, communicate priorities and follow up to ensure tasks are completed correctly. These positions have no formal direct reports.

A forklift or order-picker licence is not required.

What you’ll do

- Carry out picking, packing, receiving and dispatch tasks
- Help organise daily work and communicate priorities to a small team
- Check progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Reinforce warehouse processes, safety requirements and work standards
- Help colleagues resolve routine issues and elevate concerns to the warehouse manager
- Support accurate stock handling and an organized work area

- Solid practical warehouse experience
- Experience guiding colleagues, coordinating tasks or acting as a go-to person




- Clear communication and the confidence to give direction respectfully
- The ability to follow processes and hold others accountable for completing agreed work
- Good organisation, attention to detail and a reliable approach
