Tradewind Australia is seeking an experienced Crisis Support Worker to join a frontline Housing & Homelessness program in Cairns. You will provide end-to-end support to clients from intake to exit, focusing on overcoming barriers to housing and establishing reliable tenancies.

You will work across an outreach-based Homestay program, supporting clients to build skills, confidence and connections, aiming for greater independence and housing stability.
