Meta is seeking a Research Scientist to own applied research from concept to measurable results within the Agent Data and Optimization team. You will develop RL environments, curate data, and evaluate agent behavior to push the Muse family of models and related products.

You will collaborate with model development and research teams, publish first-author AI work, and lead projects from hypothesis through implementation, balancing research judgment with hands-on engineering.
