Lumia Care Pty is seeking a dynamic Client Engagement Coordinator in Adelaide to support clients transitioning from CHSP to the current Support at Home program. You will be the first voice for Lumia Care, guiding families with empathy and clarity through options and next steps.

You’ll manage a pipeline, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate records in the CRM, while collaborating with clinical and operations teams to onboard clients smoothly and reach conversion targets.
