Silverchain Group is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker in the Lake Macquarie West area to help older community members maintain independence at home.

You will provide home help and personal care, including housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, medication assistance, and transport to activities or appointments. A driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are required; CPR and First Aid training are supplied.
